Just like every month I remember to post the monthly freebie of Videohive.net in the middle of the month! Anyway, this month Videohive gives away a short but cool logo string project from a well known project reviewer Placdarms. The project file in question is is a distorted logo string with a digital feel and old-school TV noise in it. As Placdarms states this template works well for pretty much anything as an intro video.

No third party plugins are needed for this one but keep in mind that the project file uses Cycore (CC) plugins and they are not bundled with the trial version of After Effects. Any version from AE CS3 up will work with this template and there’s a detailed video tutorial bundled with the project file to lead the user through the customization process.

This project file can be downloaded from Videohive.net for the whole December, 2011 but after that it’s for sale again ($12).
